Every asset gets its own scannable QR label. Scanning it with the AXITRAQ mobile app instantly opens that asset's details, history, documents and available actions — so field teams can log inspections, report faults or start jobs in seconds.

Yes. Fuel and consumable usage can be recorded against assets and jobs, giving you running costs and consumption history for each asset across the fleet.

Yes. AXITRAQ's People Management covers employees, contractors and a full Clients module — including addresses, payment settings, and linking people and clients to jobs. It also includes an employee rewards points system.

Your data is hosted in Australia across multiple locations (Sydney and Melbourne) for performance and resilience, giving you full Australian data sovereignty. You can confirm your data region any time on the Company page inside the platform.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-company encryption keys managed through a dedicated key management service (KMS). The platform runs on managed, automatically backed-up databases (RDS) with redundancy across multiple data centres in your region.

For Australian customers, subscription plans, SMS wallet top-ups and supply orders are billed securely via Stripe, with GST tax invoices issued by Aditech Pty Ltd. One-off products such as printed labels are billed through the same card on your account. (Outside Australia, billing may use a regional Merchant of Record.)
